Since 2007 Snow Challenge have been offering first class ski instructor courses in Western Canada, we’ve come a long way since that first season and our first ski instructor course. Starting with two ski instructor courses and now running ski instructor, ski patroller, big mountain free ride and snowboard instructor courses in amazing resorts.

Although you’ll be training and qualifying in Canada, the CSIA, CSCF and CASI system is recognised around the world and one of the most respected ski instructor qualifications around.
We have ski instructor courses running from 3 to 18 weeks in duration, pass rates well above the average and we employ our own level 4 instructors; who are ski instructor course examiners, to guide you through what will be the best ski season of your life.
Our short ski instructor courses allow you to maximise your time and get stuck into the exams. The longer ski instructor courses allow you to relax and really improve both your skiing and teaching skills.
You now have a choice to take intensive training 5 days a week for 5 hours a day as our usual course structure or a relaxed training approach by spreading your weekly instruction to give you more free ski time. This has been developed to cater for all learning types and allows those who don’t respond to intensive training to still develop and have a great time.
All of our ski instructor course groups are based around an average of 6 students to 1 instructor. Any more on a regular basis and your development will suffer.
Our knowledgeable and experienced staff are on hand 24/7 to make your course run smoothly and we have great contacts around the worlds ski resorts so if you want work after the course we have a first class network to help you find it.
