To make the choice easier ask yourself what YOU want to gain from a course. Lots of course providers make big promises on what they deliver but you can rest assured we deliver on our promises and more. We run our courses with a goal to teach you how to become a snowboard and ski instructor or patroller and help you take your riding to a level you never thought possible. So if you‘re serious about your goals we will get you qualified.

On the other hand if you want to experience skiing and snowboarding in Canada and improve your technique and ability to the highest level then we're your man. We were requested to run a course by “the best ski and snowboard school in Canada” as voted by Ski Canada Magazine, as an exclusive operator. The school were in a position to choose any course provider they wanted and we were their number one choice. This in itself speaks volumes.

• Our instructors. We employ instructors directly so can guarantee the quality and reliability of the training you’ll be receiving. This also cuts out the third parties making our prices more competitive whilst raising the standard of service. Our ski director is a level 4 plus level 3 examiner and our snowboard director is a level 4 plus level 4 examiner. Combine this with other top quality level 4 and 3 backup and you’ll be in some of the best hands in the business.
  
• Your guides and mentors (resort reps) - our staff. Everyone claims to have good staff and we're no different but Snow Challenge staff have been there and done it. They are all trained ski or snowboard instructors so they know what you'll be going through. They have then gone and worked in the industry as instructors and or patrollers, so you'll be getting advice off hill from people who know what its like and they’ll tell you the good and the bad.
  
• While we have a great relationship with the resort owners we are not linked directly with any one resort. An essential way to continue to give independent advice. 
  
• Post course career service. Once your course is finished we don't forget about you and look for the next year’s intake. We actively use our commercial contacts and industry relationships to seek out opportunities for our graduates, give advice on visa's and travel and help you prepare for your first working season as a ski instructing provider. It doesn't stop at winter work. We are continually developing relationships with summer employees. This service is only available to people attending our course.
